I bought them on CDKeys. The instruction says: "If there are multiple codes, try redeeming them in a different order as the first code may not activate until the second one is redeemed, and vice versa." So the winners try to activate the code several times, if it didn't happen at the first time.
Great giveaway thanks! I assume the instructions on CDKeys must be talking about if you've bought a game and its DLC, as you'd have to redeem the game first.
