I bought this dlc about 6 years ago but could never redeem it since I also bought the season pass, in which it is already included.
Make sure that yo do not own the Bioshock season pass when entering the giveaway.
I'm confused, it says on the steam page:
Please note: Add-on Content, BioShock Infinite® required to play. This content is NOT part of the BioShock Infinite Season Pass

I thought that too but I can't activate it since steam tells me I already own it. I only bought the season pass. Also Columbias Finrest is not marked as "in my library" which is strange. I think they messed up the description. But tbh, I will probably not check if anybody owns the season pass or not .I just want to get rid of the dlc :D Maby it is just a bug on my side anyways.

Are you sure this is a given DLC?
It may be Clash in the Clouds, which is just included in the season pass.

I have the season pass but i do not have this.
Also say on the store page for it that it is not part of the season pass.
