As soon as the support clears that you have already been suspended for your multiple win, I sent the ticked in over a day ago and I haven't gotten an answer yet.
Okay, but the suspended GA is happened like 2 years ago, I won two same games at once, and I only active one key, and hope the creator of the GA can reroll it, but the GA copies is huge like 5000 at each, the creator can't response every ppl, I'm one of them who got ignored :(
Then the SG think I got multiple win for so long long time :(

I asked support what you are supposed to do if that happens (I had the same thing happen to me too). You should mark the second win as not recieved if the creator doesn't reroll. Contact support and explain the situation, they should probably be able to fix it for you and set it as unrecieved :)
