Hello, when I tried to activate the key, Steam prompted me with " Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country. Your product key has not been redeemed. " . I'm not sure why this is happening. Perhaps you can apply for a reroll from the administrator?
To add, my Steam wallet area is in Hong Kong.
