THIS giveaway, however, was limited to people who are level 2+, I think the cut off's like $50 or $100 worth of games that they've given away? I'm not sure. The whole point of setting the level like that is to ensure that it's people that will/have given back to the community and not just someone (or a bot) coming in to get free games with zero giveback. :)
