thank you very much for the giveaway. At first, I was really happy to see that I had won Hell Clock. However, when I tried to redeem the key, I received a message from Steam saying that the key had already been redeemed and therefore could not be activated.

Could I add you on Steam and send you a screenshot of the error message?

thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately, the key had already been redeemed as well. However, you posted it in the public section here, where virtually anyone can access it, even without being logged in. :(
I'll add you on Steam.

Just for the record: I discussed the issue with the giveaway creator via Steam chat. Unfortunately, they no longer had another key available for this title. In the meantime, they have also been permanently suspended from SteamGifts.
