For some reason even though I installed and played the base game, I cannot enter the giveaway for this DLC. The button is red saying "Missing Base Game" even after syncing with steam.
Has it always been like this? I really think people could join my giveaways without hours recorded, as I used to have a lot more people joining the giveaway.
