Unfortunately, when I created the giveaway, I was unaware that the game key was restricted to certain regions, namely LATAM and India. If the winner is not from these regions, we may be able to come to an agreement where they can do whatever they want with the game key. If the winner doesn't want the key, I will create a new giveaway.
