now, you had quite a batch of fast hgh/lvl goodies, Ravmaster, thank you so much for making me shift points in your direction, heh... but, hei, it paid off! i scored two nice wins but with a problem..., with this bizarre rpg adventure as the highlight!
Well, all of those games are keys from groupees bundles. They are probably going to shut down in August and there is no option to replace any key. As addition, those keys are 3-8 years old (some games are even not avaible on steam anymore) and it's simply far higher chance to get dupe than from humble or fanatical which probably wont even occur from those sites/bundles.

what i meant is that you might end up with more of a hassle from somebody else, if, dare i say, the key also happens to be a dupe which is definitely not something i wish happens..., as, basically, what was stated in this PSA means that the winner can insist on the key before consenting to deletion, even if for the GA creator that means getting the key elsewhere, as, by making the GA he is basically responsible to provide the promised game, and that what ever is said in the description is not more powerful than the guidelines.
like i said, just a friendly note, far from the fact i would go down that path
