I made this 3 months ago. I don't add people I don't know on steam because my kids are play on my account and I don't want strangers to talk to them. What is the issue?

The winner was suspended for non-activation of the game they won from this giveaway. They claimed that you gave them the correct key, but somehow the game is incorrect. I'm not really sure what happened as the winner is insisting that they confirmed that the game edition is correct.

OK - There is nothing I can do because I gave him the only key I had months ago. If you want you can mark it as not received if you want.
Honestly I have had this problem in the past before with different game versions. Sometimes even as the key holder it is hard to tell what version of the game I am holding and there is no way to check. Sometimes you get a key for a game as X and they update that version to something else (steam edition, goty edition, etc) and I think steam gifts should consider any version of the game as "owned" and not let you win other versions. Just my 2 cents, rant over :)

I got the code I used it where I know the game is not what I was supposed to get?
I think this site or managers sometimes have to examine more thoroughly the issue before the end of that block someone who is not guilty
