Hi, I've just sent a new key. Please try it ASAP and let me know if it works. This isn't a true replacement by the provider, but I got two keys for the same game when I redeemed a random key twice from their Twitch channel store. I want to see if this one works before contacting the provider, in case I need two replacements. Apart from these two keys, I've redeemed one other key from their store and it worked just fine, so hopefully the one that didn't work was just an exception.
