Nope, you didn't get it either. Vikeryus has FM2013 in his steam library (in fact, it's his only game) and since he's new to SteamGifts, WeWeRiTZaN is under the impression that he is trying to give away the game from his library (which isn't possible), and not a spare key or a gift.

A good question indeed.
The only explanation I could think of is that he bought a $60 game, created a SG account, then asked for a refund for the $60 game.
