I did a GA seven years ago and checked 162 winners. No one owned this game. I had to delete the GA.
I did it again few months ago, got 130 entries... and decide not to check for winner. Official reason is he's on my bluelist. But I know he doesn't own the game...

I have set SG to show only DLCs for games I own, but i guess that doesn't work properly because the game is delisted from Steam.

I own F1 2015 and 2018, but not 2017.
