That's surprising... As you may guess, i'm have no real solution as the reseller (Otaku) is no more existing, except maybe to buy you directly a new key.
glad that the key was reactivated.
Anyways, this is again a story with scrap reseller, but the game developer for once did not stay in that end user punishing mood. see here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/757870/discussions/0/591777966325872261/
