Because Steam has removed the game from your library, Steamgifts can no longer pick up that you own it. You need to hide this game (use the eye icon).

Already did so. :)
However, they actually hid this game rather removed it from my library. It's still in my library and I can install it. Same as WD2 and a couple of other games from this developer.
