I see that your intentions are good, but personally I would not recommend making giveaways for keys you received from someone else. That's because in case any problems occur (like the key being duplicated, invalid, for a free game or for a game different than the one you made the GA for) you can be suspended from SteamGifts. Summing up, I just don't think its's safe.

I don't think so, I just got the key Gifted from a Friend and he claims it's for the one that is stated on the top!
