should be

I for one appreciate lokonopa commenting on every raffle, regardless of proper English. The internet isn't really known for grammar whether you are ESL or otherwise.
Don't try to start flame wars, especially towards someone thanking someone for a giveaway. Lokonopa has been here since day one thanking people for their submissions and submitting games himself. Also, what do you mean foreigners? You think this site is only for people of one country and if so what country would that be?
