Setting level restrictions is a good start as most people with higher levels tend to not use bots. There's some theory that region restricting giveaways (even if the game itself isn't) will also help. Only making giveaways and not posting keys in comments is another way to avoid bots.

There's no way to fully omit bots from giveaways, but the above should help minimize the number that enter.
