To clarify further: When you make the giveaway, you have the option to make it for "Everyone" or "Invite Only." I intended the event to be "Invite Only" giveaways. You can always delete this giveaway and create another one to rectify.

It's fine to giv3e away HB links/games. You may want to delete this giveaway and remake it as "Private" so that only people to whom you give the link will see it.
