However, I didn't realise I couldn't split a bundle etc... So I brought a new one and will be providing a full steam code! Woohoo!

i ask this because not only you are not able to giveaway games from a bundle without the rest of the bundle, but because you can't give away games that do not belong to Steam.
The reason you can't split a bundle in different giveaways is because you would increase your giveaway amount by more than 50 dollars, instead of only the 1 dolar value that steam gives to the bundle

You can give away individual bundle games. :)
Unless you purchase the bundle as a gift in which case the key unlocks the entire bundle, which it does not do here. SG has rules in place so you can not abuse single bundle games, like only having a users contribution value from individual bundle games be 25% of his total value.
That looked confusing but I hope you understand. :)

Edit: It is correct though, that it must be a steam code and not a direct download, can you give some clarification Uncle? :)
