I received a (premature?) e-mail with press release from Bundlestars regarding All Stars Bundle 2

The bundle will offer 8 Steam games available for $1.99 for the first 24 hours, and $2.99 thereafter.

The revealed titles so far:

  • Alien Rage
  • Mount & Blade
  • Broken Sword 3: The Sleeping Dragon
  • Stealth Bastard Deluxe
  • Duke Nukem: Manjattan Project

No idea, mate. The press release looks as if it was to be sent on the release hour...

Most Bundlestars bundles however start at around 5pm GMT

It looks weird for a Bundlestars bundle. They usually contain more games than that, and I don't remember them ever using an increasing price system.

so you buy at least one game normal price if you want to play the series, you cheap bastard! :D:

actually such a strategy happens quite a lot, in 1st origin bundle EA bundled 1 and 3 forcing ppl to get 2, Mass Effect 2 was bundled without bundling ME1 etc.

All 5 have the same publisher but 4 has a different developer than the rest. My guess is that this is the reason.

Line-up seems to be different than what was in the preview. (Original Broken Sword rather than BS3 and no Stealth Bastard)

Looks like Stealth Bastard snuck out. I might pick this up, don't have any of the games except an old on-disc copy of Manhattan Project - wouldn't mind getting the extra copy via Steam as last time I installed it the disc was acting up...
