It typically starts a week before the sale (which starts next Thursday).
My guess is either tomorrow or Thursday.

Not yet, but definitely this week. Cards usually appear one week before the sale, and the leak said it would be June 21st.

Usually about 7 days before the start of the big sale (so perhaps from 15 th June). Just keep checking your badge page. When the Mysterious badge pops up then you know you can craft your cards sets and the Mysterious holiday cards will start to drop
