Origin region lock

I'm looking to buy plants vs zombies garden warfare, and I want to be sure is this game region locked.

I don't think Origin has region locks at all. Same applies to uplay.

However they both limit languages available. eg. copies from Russia has only Russia.

As you can the languages are English French Italian Spanish ect. So I was wondering if I can buy from there and activate it on my account. (If it is against the rules I will remove the link).

Russian sites usually only let you buy from them if you have a Russian IP

EDIT: Yup, I checked, and it just says unavailable in your area (Ireland)

Well I'd imagine it comes as a key, so yes, they could give you the key, but I don't know Uplay's policy on it, they might not be too happy about it
