suggestion: make all giveaways have a minimum $0.01 contrib

Maybe ban everyone from entering GA. It's better this way.

It could be a rule that all who haven't contributed can only enter say 5 giveaways in a 24 hour period.
Also depending on how much your value is depends on how many points you earn or how many points is your maximum capacity.
Just my thoughts on how to improve the site.

How about a CV limit of 30.01 for the forums?

Everyone talking about how a 30.01 minimum would be so good ... Meh.

I suggest a 1 000 minimum. At least. On every giveaway.

This is silly: if you want to make only 0.01+ or 30.01+ or 1000.01+ giveaways go ahead, it's your problem, but some of us enjoy making no-CV giveaways.

PS: dota2 was free, the ship was free and fortix is 1$.
