Does the current dicount affect the experience points?

if it's not on the bundle list you will get the full CV based on the US store's prices. So if you buy a game that's 20$ on a 75% discount, you'll still get 20$ of CV. Also, if it's 95% off or more but not yet on the bundle list, it'll eventually get added there as well and you will only receive 15% value.

So, does this means that if i'll buy it with $10 discount price and will wait till the sale ends, make a giveaway will i recieve the points for the $20 game? And vice versa?
