Contact GA creator, explain the situation, ask support for a reroll.
You can just comment on the GA that you won the game already and the GA creator can use that as "proof" for the reroll.

Yeah, contact one of the giveaway creator any way you prefer and tell them that you want them to re-roll.
DON'T regift it or give it to a friend/trade it, since it'll get you banned.

If I will win ocassionally 2 giveaways of the same game and I wasn't able to do anything with it (for example, second GA ended an hour later after the first and I was offline), what should I do?
