The lyrical part of either of those songs don't seem like noise to me. So maybe you mean the beats? In which case it's like saying dnb is the worst noise pollution there is. As it contains many different sub-genres. You would be dissing a lot of different music. From darkstep to jazzstep. I simply find what you say illogical. You could also be a racist that simply associates everything rap related to a skin color you dislike.
