Search for your game on the top right, check all subs available for that game. See if there's a separate RU / CIS version, or if there's a regular version and a separate ROW version. Check the RU / CIS subs, or any non-ROW subs for flags like "AllowRunFrom" or "AllowActivateFrom". Those two define whether or not a game will be allowed to be installed / played anywhere other than the countries listed.

Some games have a separate RU or CIS sub, which is neater, but some don't and use the ROW version as the "regular" version and stick the AllowActivateFrom and/or AllowRunFrom flags on other subs without regional names.
