You need to have Dota 2 premium and Tf2 premium or the games in order to receive cards. Check on your account page.

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea, quit steam and restart it. check your profile, the change should be obvious...

Your profile is private ...

Anyway: the free-weekend version of CS:GO will not give trading cards.
The F2P version of TF2 does not give trading cards, you have to be premium.
Dota 2: see TF2, you need to do an ingame purchase

You have the "new" profile, so it seems you are a successful beta participant.

But as I said, you have to own the games, the F2P versions will not give you cards and thus they will also not be listed on your badges page.

Are you sure? Your account is hardly "worth anything", did you make a purchase for any of the six participating games?

That's what people have been saying in this thread. You can read it in the TCG FAQ:
"Which games drop trading cards?
The following games are currently part of the Steam Trading Cards Beta.

  • CS:GO
  • Team Fortress 2
  • Dota 2
  • Portal 2
  • Half-Life 2
  • Don't Starve
We'll be adding more as we get them done. (...)
What about free to play games like Team Fortress 2 or Dota 2?
Free to play games drop game cards based on your in-game purchasing history. If you've made purchases in-game prior to the Steam Trading Card Beta, or if you purchased TF2 prior to the Free to Play Update, you'll have 4 or 5 drops available for these games. You'll receive more card drops when you buy items in game, approximately one card drop for every $9 USD spent."

Free weekends don't get cards either

"Dota 2 premium dlc" = tf2 premium dlc?

I don't get your question.

As I said, you have to spend money on both games, so you are no longer F2P.
With TF2 you have to either had owned it prior to it going F2P or spend money on the Mann Co. store, with Dota 2 you have to purchase an item in the ingame store, but as others said, there's currently a problem with Dota 2.

Long time ago i purchased Orange box, so my TF2 have this dlc (TF2 premium).
But i never spend a cent on dota 2, and somehow got this dlc (Dota 2 Premium).
Question was, are these dlc means the same thing? Full game, not f2p?

None of those things are DLC (Downloadable Content). Dota 2 doesn't have a similar kind of premium system, either you buy something in-game or on the Steam Store.

^ this.

Dota 2 is free to play, but it does not mean you are premium, just because you can play it.
I don't know if there's an ingame item that gives you a clue (like the Proof or Purchase hat or the Mann Co. Store hat in TF2) in Dota.

So if you never bought an item in the Dots 2 store, you will not get Dota Trading Cards (assuming they fix the current issue where no-one gets Dota 2 cards).

Dota seems to be a problem though. I know some people made a purchase at the dota store before getting the beta, yet they still can't get cards now.
