The truly elitist: SG Patrons...

It's very easy if one can bypass the few usual and inevitable trolls in this and other SG threads, who after the CV levels, blacklist and whitelist, group giveaways, high level giveaways, SGTools (giveaways), referrals, 10 cent bundled giveaways, scripts, flame threads and imaginary SG rules have found a new bone, Patron, to chew on.

Those that want to support Cg and SG can do so out of their own free will, it's 3, 7 or 15 bucks and 3 bucks is the price of a very nice coffee here. And at the very same time those that don't like it or don't want to be a Patron for any reason don't have to be a Patron because nobody is forcing them to be a Patron and get a few cosmetic only goodies.

Everyone on SG is free to choose\make a decision in his or her own time but clearly not everyone likes that SG users can choose for themselves on this matter. That's all! :O

Probably (hopefully) going to finish my traineeship at the end of the month.. Let's see how much money I will earn afterwards - maybe I can spare these few dollars each month to become a patron aswell :P

I had this same idea to make a group for steamgifts patreons. But probably would have tried to keep it more on the DL and not post anything on the forums about it,. but oh well.

This group actually made want to become a Patreon. Just being a Patreon didn't really have me hooked, but this on top, to be able to distinguish myself by becoming part of an elitistic group of the extra nice people - now that tickles my interest.
But I think the group itself needs to be slightly adjusted to contain 4 tiers, so the really nice and extra elitistic high-contibution patreons can distinguish themselves from the just so-so nice low-contribution riff-raff patreons, with a fourth level for those that have done all that and been to CG:s house and xxxxxx his xxxx.
