Yes, but report requires users name - I don't have one, because I can not enter to giveaway. And user report will not show actual reason of report.

Well to be fair that's tame compared to the worst side. I mean when you put a dude being anally penetrated on one side I'd say that's inappropriate and going too far. Some people's initial reaction might be one of homophobia but I think there is a legit case here.

Sadly with only box link we can't do anything, as we also do not see user that created the box. And it's not possible to delete box itself, we need to delete giveaway that is connected to it.
So in ticket we also need to have direct link to the giveaway. Giveaway you linked to is region restricted, so even if I'd want to enter into this box to get direct link - I will be forbidden from doing so.

What if they purposely restricted all countries?
Select the countries where your gift or key can be activated to limit your giveaway to the appropriate users.
You choose where gift can be activated. So it's not possible to restrict gift "everywhere". If you pick one country then you will have giveaway where users from only one country can enter. If you don't pick anything, then giveaway is created as region free. If you select all countries - it is treated as region free.
