Newcomer me: Question

So as i understand i can give away a game here, that i own?
I created just recently a giveaway for "The Last Remnant" game and i dont understand how ill be doing a giveaway when somebody wins it. Its not a fraud, i really would like to give it away and i really got it :DDDDD

You don't give away games that you own and have played. The way you give a game away is when you buy it from Steam you mark it as buying it as a gift. Then once the giveaway is ended, you send them the Steam activation code for the gift through their listed email.

Sh*t, how do i delete that created giveaway ????

Edit: Its not yet even started.
Edit nr.2: Ok it seams everything is ok now, somehow it said that its invalid giveaway code and then it deleated itself.
