I have Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim. I've played Skyrim on Xbox360 briefly and it was fantastic but Ive never played any of the others. What is the best order for me to play these in to fully enjoy my experience?

Apparently it had the weakest story, but I started with Oblivion so I never noticed that myself. :P

I agree with this. If you start with Oblivion, it won't be ruined for you.

It's like having cinnamon raisin toast first, making simple buttered bread kind of weaksauce.

Who plays Bethesda's games for the story? People play their games for mods.

Oblivion's setting just felt a lot more generic than the others. Morrowind was this weird, incredibly alien world, which you slowly explored and came to understand. Skyrim was thematically-interesting Nordic viking world with an in-depth backstory about war and clashing civilizations.

Oblivion was fighting generic demons in generic fantasyland. It wasn't terrible, but it lacked a certain spark that the others had. (Also the voice acting was terrible, and no amount of modding can help with that.)

What are the best 3 games of all time? Think about it; that is what order you should play. Skyrim, Skyrim, then Skyrim. Because Skyrim spits balls of fire.

just remember to buy the horse armor dlc for oblivion or you will hate yourself forever lol

But anyways Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion, then Skyrim. You can get some pretty amazing mods now for morrowind so look into those graphics mods.

Correct order Would be Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion and finally skyrim.

I know Arena technically comes first, but it really falls into a different classification of games, its more of a hack&slash than an RPG like the others.

The best moment in the game for me was when a couple of unicorns made a fight with their tails, EPIC!!

Morrowind, then Morrowind and then... Morrowind. Just stay away from Oblivion, Skyrim is not a bad game but it's not Morrowind.

A great game where you can do absolutely nothing in every place you visit.

If it was that bad of a game I don't think he would've gotten the good score it got.

Please don't talk about scores and reviews, following these things every CoD should be the best game ever.

COD isn't that bad of a game, and it doesn't have the best scores ever, and also I'm talking about user score.

Sure, if the game was named The Elder Scrolls IV - Mailman.

To be fair that isn't something worth bragging about, at all.

Because as we all know Morrowind didn't have any tombs or dungeons that provided no meaningful rewards, and no NPCs that failed to give you any quests.

Oblivion-Morrowind-Skyrim. I played Oblivion first and I enjoyed it, actually I enjoyed it more then Skyrim... I'm not a big super fan of the series but I find them fun to play the story out, do a couple of side quests... I've seen people with 200+ hours in skyrim just to kill every npc and do every possible thing in the game, oush.

Morrowind -> Oblivion -> Skyrim

While this is the best way to play them as skyrim wont ruin you on graphics its also (in my opinion) goes from best to worst.
