Situation: Well i want to blacklist the people that didn't redeemed the game (or didn't contact) but if i Blacklist him I'll lost the chance of him to redeem it in future(it's a small possibility but i don't want to risk it)

Suggestion :when i blacklist him making the winner only able to view that giveaway but making others still hidden/unavailable

Info i was needed to send him gift from steam but it's not needed anymore/currently so no need to reroll but i need his agreement to delete the ga so i can't Bl him if i want his agreement

Yes that's definitely necessarily
Yeah that's needed
Meh maybe
Doesn't matter
No i don't like it Bec xxx reason
No i hate it Bec xxx reason
Others?

Pretty sure the winner can still view the key from the Giveaways Won page even if you blacklist them. Unless I misunderstood your point. Also if a winner marks the game as received but doesn't activate the game, you can report them.

I have to send the gift from steam but winner ignores my attemptions to contact/add friend so theres nothing i can do so I want to blacklist him but there's a (very)small chance of him to contact with me after a while and i don't want to lost that chance(i don't want to send gift but want to delete ga currently so requesting new winner wouldn't be useful)=am sending gift from steam not code

If it's been 7 days since the giveaway is over, you can request a new winner (provide proof that the original winner doesn't respond to your attempts to contact them via steam/email) and send the game, then blacklist the previous winner, he wouldn't need to contact you anymore anyway.

Аh I see, giveaway deletion unfortunately requires the winner to agree to it. I'm kinda confused though, you want to let the winner be able to contact you, but the sale is now over so you can't gift them the game? Either way, you can blacklist on SG and write an email or a message on their Steam profile so they know and have the option to respond.

Pretty sure any case that would allow for a reroll (like being ignored for 7 days, or winner rejecting the gift) can be turned into a deletion if you ask nicely.

Аh I see, giveaway deletion unfortunately requires the winner to agree to it.

That wouldn't be the case for this kind of context.
The primary basis for deletion is that both parties involved agree to the deletion, yes; However, deletions can also occur at any time when a winner is no longer valid for the giveaway, same as the criteria for a reroll. That is to say, if the winner has rejected the win, not accepted it for a week, is suspended, no longer is in the group or no meets the level requirements for access to the giveaway, or has threatened or otherwise exaggeratedly harassed the GA creator in relation to that specific giveaway [and perhaps some other circumstances I'm forgetting, but those'd be the main ones you'd be likely to encounter].

All you need to do is put in a reroll ticket, citing the basis for reroll the same as normal, and note that you'd prefer a deletion instead. Alternatively, since you don't need to access the reroll system (which works specifically through reroll tickets, hence mandating their use or perhaps a super moderator's involvement) you could choose to do it through an Other ticket- again, citing the necessary information within.

tl;dr version, you can always one-sidedly delete in any circumstance where you qualify to reroll.

If the winner does not view the key for 7 days and ignores your attempts to contact them, just re-roll the giveaway and get a new winner.

Oh had this situation before, around a month like you also in fact, just show that you did attempt to contact and request a new winner. Never asked for a deletion that way so idk if its treated the same way or different

I usually write an email to their listed email address if I have trouble reaching them.

I will try to add a request via Steam sometimes, but I don't comment on their profiles anymore, I got a community ban for telling someone "Congrats on winning a gift from me on SG" and they promptly reported me.

I will take a screenshot of the email or the Steam friend request and if it's been more than 7 days, I send a ticket to SG support asking for a reroll with those screenshots as evidence. I usually wait a few days before the email, and if the email has been sent more than 7 days ago, I don't hesitate to ask for a reroll. (Usually takes anywhere from 1-3 days for that to happen.)

As for blacklisting, I decided to just to keep it clean. That's just my own preference, I cleared it for a community event a while back and then kept it that way. I went with the thought that people who may have made a simple mistake deserve another chance.

support button (arrow) at top left > create a new ticket > request new winner

this will re-roll your giveaway and select a new winner. you'll then be able to blacklist the turd without worry. it's not automatic so you might have to give it a few days since a mod has to manually authorize the re-roll.

In future I recommend not doing time-limited giveaways.
It’s be simpler to giveaway keys than to promise a gift, and either find it’s restricted, or not on sale for a long enough time to complete the give.

I write in a old GA of them.
I don't try anymore more contact ways, like email or steam, as i done it in the past, because it solved nothing for me in the past and only made me more work PLUS i don't like to run behind winners and beg that they please please please take their wins -they should be thankful when i give something and not the opposite situation, that i must be thankful if they take it...-.

If that one then don't react after 1-2 days(so 8-9 in the end) i send a reroll request and add the link to my contact try in one of his old GA's + deactivate the key (that he can't see and activate it anymore) .

i dont understand what u saying...

if u blacklist, he cant enter any of your giveaways, also u can reroll

i always blacklist if i see winner is online everyday and he got key waiting, but didnt view/activate.
There was one guy i was trying to contact on steam, adding to friends, commenting profile, writing on giveaway page, commenting to his screenshots, but when he blocked me on steam-i said NEVER EVER.
