Yes, it really exists, Mew2 has/had the same coupon and made a thread about it a few days ago.
Mew2 said that when clicking on "view applicable games" the main store page is displayed.

Nah. I added him and let him know that it's just a bug.

If you set your language to something else on the steam website and then view the same coupon, you'll see it's for No Time to Explain. He promptly removed it from steamtrades when he tried this out himself. :)
