how to gift a game>?

i have got game on my account , and i have got code to it
need to gift it or do gift for steam beta
can i do it?

You say it's ON your account --

Is the game listed in you steam LIBRARY? or is it listed under your steam GIFTS? … 'Cuz games registered in you library are not free to gift.

If you have the game actived and you can download and play it just now, you can't gift it, it's linked to your account. You need a gift copy non-redeemed to gift games, or also a CD-KEY
