In the picture she is in the center, inside the bar, she is holding a cocktail with each of her hands.

She is in a white and purple uniform and has purple hair and red colored shadow over her eyes.

I see she has already been just guessed so.. Turing from 2064 Read Only Memories. He is thr blue headed guy just below Hades, in the upper left corner of the picture.
