Requires file system support for files up to 8 GB

I want to get the witcher 2 game, but I am making sure I will be able to run it. The one thing that has me a bit confused is: "Requires file system support for files up to 8 GB" on the store page on steam. Anyone know exactly what this means? I love the first one and am really hoping to be able to play Witcher 2.

If you are using NTFS partition, you meet this requirement.

NTFS (or exFAT) when using Windows.

NTFS is default in Windows XP and newer.

If you have. Check properties of disk drives from my computer.
If its FAT/FAT32, convert it to NTFS.
