Winner of giveaway is under suspension.

So I had 3 giveaways end on Friday. I was out of town till this morning and was giving out the gifts when I noticed one of the winners is suspended for a week. Do I still send the gift out to the winner or ask for a reroll? I am not sure what the policy is here on this. I looked through the FAQ and couldn't find anything on this.
