Same thing happens with dlcs for rise/fall of the samurai for shogun 2. Since it's a dlc for a dlc, the site gets all funky with it and nobody can enter. There's really no way you can enter it. When that happened on one of my GAs, I just asked people to comment and then chose a winner using a RNG
