Question about giveaways for games on sale.

When a game is currently on sale and you'd like to give away this game (while the sale is still on), will you recieve it's full price CV or a discounted CV?

A sale on a game that isn't, or doesn't exceed, 95% does not affect CV.
It's like this:
Full CV on non-bundled games ("bundled games" include all games that have been in a bundle and those that have been on sale at 95% or more), no matter the sale.
15% CV for all games that have been in a bundle or on sale at 95% or more.
