The site was down for 12 hours or so, can I ask what happened? Spare the rumors and jokes please, at least until we hear something official that is.

I'm sure there will be an announcement that explains the downtime similar to the last time it went down for an extended period of time.

Probably just a server hitch or change. It happens all the time with the two sites (SGS & SG).
