What happens if you collect a set of foil cards for a second time?

Foil badges only have one level.

They sit in your inventory and talk about you behind your back. Also, they're elitist jerks and won't let the non-foil cards eat at the same table. If you have enough non-foils, they'll mount a small rebellion, but it always fails. The armor the foil cards have is too strong and they know it and they just laugh at the feeble attempts of the non-foils. And laugh some more when the non-foils get sold off for comparatively pathetic prices. But then you eventually realize how useless it is to have the extra foils, and when you put them up on the market, they start screaming in terror. It hurts your ears, but there's nothing they can do to stop you. One by one, they all get culled from the group, and the non-foils are never sure how to react. On the one hand, the assholes who've been disrespecting them are getting the same treatment for which they used to be laughed at. On the other hand, it's a terrifying thing for them to witness. Some of the non-foils break down crying while others are laughing their heads off. It all calms down eventually, and if you find another foil it's kind of a somber event. No one wants to tell the new foil what will happen and the foil is usually alone. It's kind of sad. I wouldn't recommend collecting another full set of foils.
