What's the kind of games you like the most?

If RPG / Story driven games, I'd suggest the Witcher 1 and 2.

If you're into Strategy and tactics, Napoleon or Shogun II Total War for a more direct tactics, or Europa Universalis IV for some "Large scope strategy".

If you like FPS, I'd suggest Red Orchestra 2, or Insurgency.

Since ur busy with school maybe wait for sale season, spring sale shouldn't be far off but with devs controlling there own prices now not sure about it. Maybe wait for watch dogs and try get more wallet.

Purchase CS:GO and maybe a spare to giveaway. Purchase some card packs of games you still need to craft the badge for/ games you don't have. Buy McPixel, it looks like a great game. Saint's row 4 was fun, but I would check the humble store first.

Entirely TF2 Keys. Sell them to tremorgames.com. Earn Tremor Coins. Get games at a cheaper value.

Spelunky is worth it at full price, and its in your wishlist.

But otherwise, learn some patience and wait for the next steam sale (will probably be a decent spring one the next few months). It always a better idea to wait for the sales unless you're buying something that you really want that is just released. You can get waaaaaaay more for your $$$ during a sale.
