Giving away "Frontline Tactics Complete Pack" (The base game is removed from steam)

Hello. The base game "Frontline Tactics" was free to play on steam. The steam page of this game doesn't exist anymore. You cannot enter this giveaway since it is being viewed as a DLC (I don't know why!).
So, I have a solution if you are still interested in this game.

The reason its viewed as a DLC is because its a DLC pack sub and not the normal complete pack that also gives base game.

I own the complete pack retail so I own base game. It doesnt get recognized as owned on steamgifts because game is delisted from steam. Same would apply for DLC if "steam is learning" was activated.
