I've already sent 2 tickets, none of them have been answered.
The problem is that my region is set as the UK, but I'm Brazilian, living with my Brazilian parents, IN BRAZIL!!!
Because of that I can't enter region locked giveaways.
Please, someone from the support, listen to my prayers!!!!!!!

Recently, they've really sped up. When I make a ticket (and I can say I've made a couple), they usually get back to me within the hour.

This kind of request can take some time, since only the admin of the site can change your region.
Spamming tickets doesn't help, you should close one of these 2.

Its either very quickly or a very long time. There doesn't seem to be much middle ground. My ticket is over 3 months, and I've heard of ones taking a year.

If it's about reroll etc I think it's pretty fast.

For Steamtrades support, it's non existent. It's beyond lazy. Like, SG is their golden boy and ST is their adopted son.

I sent a ticket about a giveaway question and they answered within the hour, i sent a ticket about adding a game to the giveaway list that i want to give away and its been a week and still no word.

I've submitted four tickets, one was answered the same day, another within the week, the last two I closed myself after the giveaway I reported was deleted, and the last I closed after the author edited his post and removed his reference link

Only admin can change region and from I've seen, he usually answers all of the tickets in one go every month or so.
