How does this work exactly?

Just so you guys know, the sharer has to log into the borrower's PC for family sharing to work.

Probably not the best thing to do with a complete stranger.

By the time you share your library, all the responsability goes to you, which means if someone breaks a rule using your library, YOU will be punished.

Looking at the thread and laughing. The guys who added TC were the guys who only have few games. It is clear what their intentions are.

There's zero chance I'll be sharing my library with anyone with this kind of library sharing mechanism. Ever. Not even my bro/sis. My Steam account is mine alone.

look don't just share you library with anyone not trusted, if the borrower uses any hacks you will get the VAC ban not him.
