Im guessing it because gleam is changing their policies, so all these groups are trying to cash in before the action limits kick in.

I'm pretty sure those limits were effective the moment they announced them.

Seems Bundlestars is really going the extra mile to sell a bunch of that Legendary bundle though (^w^)
