The consensus seems to be that this puzzle is easier than the previous one, but i actually solved the first one and find this one way harder.

Solution is to read the question 4 word problem carefully!
Q1) flip-turn upside-down text, ROT-13 cipher
Q2) yes, no, maybe
Q3) Factor with a program, or search the semiprime and find someone who already has.
Q4) Count the giveaways/games (minus 1 "locomotive"), "62" is the best correct answer I think.
