The first one is apparently a show name but none of the variants (With/Without 'The', with/without slash) works. The second one's answer should have been "Undetermined". I'm working on the last 2 but honestly this is already a bad sight.

Solution is to read the question 4 word problem carefully!
Q1) flip-turn upside-down text, ROT-13 cipher
Q2) yes, no, maybe
Q3) Factor with a program, or search the semiprime and find someone who already has.
Q4) Count the giveaways/games (minus 1 "locomotive"), "62" is the best correct answer I think.
